If I place more than one order, can they be combined?
Yes, however, the excess shipping fee will not be refunded. Please be wary when placing your orders and ensure that you have come to a final decision to avoid these extra costs.

I wrote the wrong address/have moved
Please contact me ASAP! If you foresee yourself moving to another address in the next 1-3 months of placing your order, consider putting down your new address as shipping will take time. Once orders have been shipped, the package is out of my hands and I will be unable to make any further changes.
Similarly, if you wrote the wrong address, please let me know ASAP so I may make the necessary changes. To avoid this, please double-check your order details before payment. If you notice that there are errors in your address after the order has been shipped, I will be unable to make any changes. In some cases, the package will be rerouted back to me and I will then contact you. However, shipping rates must be paid again if you wish for the package to be reshipped.
Please note that these types of errors are NOT subject to refunds/reshipment!

What are my shipping options?
To help keep shipping costs low, I am currently offering AUSPOST letter mail (no tracking) for both AUS and International orders for STICKER ORDERS. These orders are sent in stamped envelopes.
I will be providing tracked mail once larger products become available.
-
When will my package arrive?
I will be trying my best to pack orders every 2 days but please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be sent out. Once shipped, please be aware of the following expected delivery times:
- For Domestic AUS orders: 1-2 weeks delivery
- For International orders: 2-4 weeks delivery (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays).
-
My order has not yet arrived
If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, please contact me via email or socials ASAP.
